红咖喱酱 red curry paste | 2茶匙 2 tsp |
番茄酱 tomato paste | 100g |
椰浆 coconut milk | 500ml |
洋葱 onion | 1 |
蒜 garlic | 2瓣 2 cloves |
生姜 ginger | 10g |
葱 green onion | 2 |
彩椒 bell pepper | 1 |
鸡胸肉 chicken breast | 500g |
黄油 butter | 50g |
奶油 cream | 100g |
植物油 vegetable oil | |
盐 salt | |
胡椒 pepper |
堪比东南亚餐厅的泰式美味黄油咖喱鸡Red curry with chicken的做法
生姜、蒜切碎,彩椒、洋葱切丁,葱切圈,鸡胸肉切大块。 Dice ginger and garlic. Cut bell pepper and onion into small cubes. Slice green onion. Cut chicken breast into cubes
在锅中加少许植物油中火加热,倒入蒜和生姜翻炒2-3分钟。Add vegetable oil to the pot. Cook over medium heat. Put ginger and garlic into it and stir them for about 2-3 min.
加入番茄酱略微翻炒,再加入红咖喱酱,持续翻炒。Add tomato paste and red curry sauce. Stir occasionally.
加入椰奶润锅。Add coconut milk.
加入鸡肉、洋葱、彩椒。 Add chicken, onion and pepper.
加入姜黄、咖喱粉、马萨拉、盐和胡椒粉搅拌均匀。中低火加热10-15分钟。 Add turmeric, curry power, masala, salt and pepper. Stir occasionally. Cook over medium-low heat for about 15-20 min.
加入融化的黄油和奶油,搅拌均匀,调至低火。Add melted butter and cream. Stir occasionally. Cook over low heat.
撒上葱花,大功告成!ps.搭配茉莉香米更佳 Garnish with green onion. Recommend it with jasmine rice. Enjoy your meal!
