用料
猪里脊肉(或五花肉) | 300g |
葱、葁、蒜 | 一小块 |
辣椒 | 4-5个 |
洋葱 | 适量 |
蒜苗 | 2根 |
胡萝卜 | 一小块 |
生抽酱油 | 1汤勺tbsp |
料酒 | 1/2汤勺tbsp |
糖 | 1茶勺tsp |
蚝油 | 1汤勺tbsp |
油、盐 | 适量 |
小炒肉 Xiao Chao Rou的做法
准备食材
葱、葁、蒜切末,辣椒、蒜苗切小段,胡萝卜切片,洋葱切丝。猪肉切成小片备用。
炒锅内加入平时炒菜的油量油热后加入葱、葁、蒜切末炒香,加入猪肉炒到没有粉红色后加入胡萝卜和辣椒炒匀后加入酱油、料酒、糖和耗油炒均匀。
大约煸炒1分钟左右,再加入蒜苗洋葱和盐调味即可。
