烤面包片 crouton
用料
全麦面包片 wholemeal toast | 5片/ 5 slices |
黄油 vegetarian butter | 30g |
盐 salt | 少许/ a pinch |
迷迭香 rosemarry | 1g |
奥勒冈草 oregano | 1g |
简易版crouton✌️的做法
预热烤箱至190度。
吐司、黄油切丁,准备一小锅温水,把切好的奶油 隔水加热,慢慢搅拌融化。Pre-heat the oven to 190 degree. Cut the toast into 1 cm dice, Cut the butter into cubes and put it into a bowl. Prepare a pot of warm water. Put the already diced butter onto the warm water to melt the butter.把黄油 沥在切好的吐司丁上,加入 盐、迷迭香、
oregano 搅拌。
Prepare the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle on the top the diced toast.搅拌至黄油和香料均匀地粘在面包丁上。
Gently stir the melted butter into the diced toast mix until the toast mix are cover with butter.将搅拌好的面包丁放进已经预热好的烤箱 烤15分钟,放凉即可食。
Put them into the pre-heated oven (190 degree) for 15 minutes. Cook until the toast are golden brawn then take them out from the oven let it cook down and then ready to eat. Enjoy it.
小贴士
如果没有oregano 可以用其他香料代替。另外面包丁可以用在沙拉、浓汤或者当小点心吃,还可以放进汤面里。feel free to use any other spices.
