用料  

chopped watermelon 2 cups
chopped tomato 1 cup
chopped cucumber 1/2 cup
chopped red bell pepper 1/2 cup
clove garlic 1
olive oil 3 tablespoons
crushed red pepper flakes(!) 1/2 teaspoon
chopped fresh basil 1/4 cup
apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon,plus more to taste
sea salt To taste

Gazpacho的做法  

  1. Put all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth. Add salt and more vinegar to taste.

  2. Serve garnished with chopped vegetables and basil, if desired.
