lemon juice
Coconut oil 30g
sugar 35g
milk 50g

  3. Put sugar and some lemon juice into egg white, use electric mixer beat mixture

  5. Pour the mixture into cake mold , Place in oven and bake for 40 minutes in 165 degrees until a bamboo skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.

  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 2 hours then remove from mold ,Once cool, you can eat it , sprinkle with powdered sugar, or drizzle or coat with frosting.
