shrimp stew的做法
prep:
mince garlic, scallion, and red chilli
slice potato or sweet potato
cut napa cabbage
soak vermicelli if neededin a heat-tolerant bowl, heat oil and pour on top of minced garlic, scallion, and red chilli
in the sauce bowl, add
1-2 spoons of dou-ban,
1 spoon of shao-xing,
3 spoon of soy sauce,
1 spoon of dark soy sauce,
some sugar,
1 spoon of oyster sauce,
salt to tastein the pan (that heated oil)
have a thin layer of oil in the bottom of the pan
put potato/yam slices at the bottom
then a layer of napa cabbage (or mushroom)
then a layer of vermicelli
then a layer of shrimp with headspour sauce on top
when heated enough, cover and stay on medium heat for 10–12 mins
before serve, add minced cilantro
