1/2 egg
125 g cake flour
125 g butter
20 g sugar
milk powder 25 g

用料  

1/2 egg 30 ml liquid
cake flour (125 g)
flour 14 tbsp + (1 +3/4) tsp
corn starch 6.25 tsp
butter (reduced) 8 tbsp
sugar (20 g) 5 tsp
milk powder (25 g) 3 tbsp + 0.6 tsp

  1. make stuffing

    mince pineapple, add sugar to saute till sticky, then add in corn syrup

  2. make pineapple black tea

    add a tea bag in the saute pan

  3. make pastry

    beat up butter, add sugar, then add egg.

  4. chill pasty in the fridge for 40 mins

  5. bake at 338 F for 10 mins

  6. flip then bake 5-8 mins
