Tuna packed in water | 1 can |
avocado | 2 |
cucumber | 1 |
celery | 1 stalk |
red onion | 1 small |
fresh cilantro or parsley | 2 tbsp |
lemon juice | 1 tbsp |

Avocado Tuna Salad的做法
Chop all the ingredients. Drain tuna.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add fresh herbs.
Mix well. Serve on lettuce wraps, toast, or in a sandwich.
To store, cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
