抹茶粉 Matcha powder | 7g |
白糖 Sugar | 25g |
牛奶 Milk | 210g |
玉米淀粉 Corn starch | 25g |
蜜豆 Candied Red Beans | 80g |
黄油/玉米油 Butter/corn oil | 适量 |
【抹茶红豆糯米糕】Matcha Red Bean Glutinous Rice的做法
准备一个沙拉碗,把糯米粉、白糖、玉米淀粉、牛奶倒入,搅拌均匀。
Sift glutinous rice flour, sugar, cornstarch in a mixing bowl, add milk in, and mix well.将抹茶粉加入到步骤1中,搅拌至无颗粒状态。
Add matcha powder to the mix and stir until there are no dry particles left.将搅拌好的糯米糊过筛2-3次使其更加细腻,然后加入红豆,搅拌均匀。
Sieve the mixed resulting paste 2-3 times to ensure no lumps are left, then add candied red beans and stir well.将黄油/玉米轻刷涂模模具内侧,然后将糯米糊倒入模具,
Brush oil with mold (not needed for silicone mold).上锅蒸20分钟(水开后)
Steam for 20 minutes (after the water boils).脱模和品尝之前,请彻底冷却。存放:远离空气最多4天。
