Simple easy spicy Thai dish.
用料
chicken | 1 kg |
lemon grass | 2 stalk |
onion | 1 whole |
fish sauce | 50ml |
sugar | 3 tps |
salt | 1 tps |
garlic/ ginger /chili red pepper | 2 gram |
red chilli lemon grass chicken的做法
Mince garlic, lemongrass and red chili pepper.
In a small bowl combine 50ml fish sauce, 2tps of red chili pepper, 4tps of lemon pepper 3 tps of sugar. Mix together .
Wash chicken. Place in large bowl pour sauce from step 2 over chicken. marinate for one hour. For best flavour marinate overnight.
Heat wok. Add in 3 tps of cooking oil. Once oil is hot add in garlic, and ginger. Let it cook for about 30sec. Now add in lemongrass let cook for another 1min. Add in chicken brown for about 5-10min. ( put the sauce to the side) Then add in more red pepper.
Use the marinade sauce from step 2 . Pour over chicken in wok. Turn down heat and cover let it simmer for about 5min. Add in chopped onions
After simmer for 5-10 take out. And sever with rice .
